Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-26

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Brainfoods Studio, a sole proprietorship based at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033, India ("we", "us"), the operator of LLMGRAPH. Other company details are on the Legal page. Please read them before you create an account or use LLMGRAPH.

1. What these terms cover

LLMGRAPH is a program that runs on your computer and answers your AI coding agent's questions about your code over MCP, together with a website and an account service ("the Service"). These terms, the Software Licence (EULA), the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Security page make up the whole agreement between you and us. If these terms and the EULA conflict about the use of the program, the EULA applies to the program.

Dodo Payments is the seller of record for subscriptions. It takes your payment, and its own terms apply to the purchase.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you create an account, approve a device, or use the Service, whichever comes first. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

3. Who may use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
  • The Service is offered to individuals for their own software development work, including work on code they write for an employer or client. It is not sold to companies or teams as an organisation plan.
  • The Service is offered worldwide. You may not use it if you are barred from receiving it under the laws that apply to you, including sanctions and export rules.

4. The closed beta

  • The Service is a closed beta and is invite-only. You request an invite on the waitlist.
  • The program and the account service may change, have errors, or stop.
  • Answers describe what the program can and cannot see in your code, and label it certain, exactly_these, within_these, maybe_more or cannot_see. They do not replace your own review.
  • The licence check is required. From version 0.4.3, usage counts and crash reports can be switched off. See section 12.
  • Beta seats are limited.
  • Beta pricing is locked for life while your subscription stays active. If you cancel, or your subscription ends, the locked price ends with it. Prices for new subscriptions can rise after the beta.

5. Accounts and devices

  • You sign in with Google only. Your account is tied to the Google account you sign in with. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Your plan allows 2 devices at once. You release a device on the account page. Releases are limited to 3 per 30 days. A released device stops working when its current licence runs out, which is at most 6 hours later.
  • You approve a device by comparing the code your agent or terminal shows with the code on the approval page. Do not approve a device you did not just start.
  • There is one 7-day trial per account. We use a collapsed form of your email to keep a trial to one per person.
  • You can delete your account on the account page. Deleting it cancels any subscription at the end of the paid period, then removes your account, devices, usage counts, crash reports and waitlist answers from our live database. Dodo Payments keeps its own payment records as seller of record.

6. Subscriptions, trial and billing

  • Plan and price. There is one plan for individuals, billed monthly or yearly: $7 per month or $60 per year. Prices include tax. At checkout Dodo may show the equivalent in your local currency.
  • Trial. The trial lasts 7 days and starts when your first device is approved. It needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself. You subscribe yourself.
  • Renewal. A subscription renews each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on a renewing subscription, other than subscribers on the beta price lock, who keep their price as section 4 states.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you paid for. The billing portal offers one choice, "cancel at next billing date". Steps are on the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Failed payment. If a renewal fails, Dodo retries the payment. If it is not paid, your access ends at the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and refunds follow Dodo's buyer terms (dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms). You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase, and Dodo decides it under its terms. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the period ends; you keep access until then, and unused time is not refunded. Yearly plans follow the same rules. Apart from the two cases in sections 13 and 17, there are no other refunds and no pro-rata refunds. A refunded subscription ends at once. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the full text.
  • Tax. Prices include tax. Dodo Payments, as seller of record, collects and handles the tax on the sale.

7. The software licence

The program is licensed to you, not sold. The licence is in the Software Licence (EULA). Accepting these terms gives you no rights in the program beyond the EULA.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • share, sell, rent or sublicense the program or your licence, or let another person use your account;
  • remove or bypass the licence check, the integrity check or the device limit;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the program, except where the law of your country allows it despite this term;
  • use the Service to break the law, or inside any program that is malicious or deceptive;
  • attack, overload or probe the account service or the licence service, other than a good-faith report under the Security page;
  • give false information at sign-up or on the waitlist, or use another person's Google account;
  • use answers or internal files from the Service to build a product that competes with it.

If you break this section we may suspend or end your access under section 13.

9. Ownership

  • We and our licensors own the program, the website and the Service, and all rights in them, except what the EULA grants you. The LLMGRAPH name and logo are ours.
  • Your code is yours. The program reads your code on your computer. Your code never leaves your computer: the only server LLMGRAPH contacts is our licence service, and we checked this on the released program. What it does send is listed on the Privacy Policy.
  • The program never runs, imports or builds your code. The bundled type checkers may start your project's own interpreter to find installed packages.
  • If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.

10. Third-party services and components

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and the licence service. Google handles sign-in. Dodo Payments is the seller of record and handles billing. Resend delivers one welcome email to approved applicants.
  • Your coding agent (for example Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) and its model provider are separate services under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
  • LLMGRAPH includes unmodified open-source components. Each stays under its own licence, and nothing in these terms limits that licence. The licence texts are in the notices file shipped with the product and on the third-party notices page.

Notes on specific licences

  • MIT, BSD-style and similar licences (MIT, BSD, ISC, Zlib, MIT No Attribution, WTFPL). We ship these components unchanged and keep each copyright notice and licence text with the software.
  • Apache License, version two. Some components use it, for example the typeshed stubs bundled with the type checker and the TypeScript compiler. One Rust library uses it with the LLVM exception. We carry the licence text and any NOTICE file with the software. TypeScript's notice file includes material under a Creative Commons Attribution licence and W3C terms, and we keep it unchanged.
  • Mozilla Public License, version two. Three Rust libraries inside the type checker use it, and we ship them unmodified. The source of each, in the version we ship, is at:
  • colored 3.1.1: https://static.crates.io/crates/colored/colored-3.1.1.crate
  • option-ext 0.2.0: https://static.crates.io/crates/option-ext/option-ext-0.2.0.crate
  • version-ranges 0.1.1: https://static.crates.io/crates/version-ranges/version-ranges-0.1.1.crate
  • GCC Runtime Library Exception (v3.1). The Windows build of the engine is compiled with GCC from a MinGW-w64 toolchain, whose runtime library comes with this exception. The notices carry its text.
  • Microsoft Visual C++ runtime. The Windows build carries the vcruntime files that come with the Python distribution. They are Microsoft Distributable Code, and the protective terms are in section 8 of the Software Licence.
  • SQLite is in the public domain, as its author states on sqlite.org.
  • Nuitka. The engine is compiled with Nuitka, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version three, with the Nuitka Runtime Library Exception. The exception lets the resulting program be conveyed under terms of our choice. It does not apply to the Nuitka compiler, which is a build tool and is not shipped.
  • Unicode data. A Rust library that looks up character names ships Unicode data files under the Unicode licence for data files, and the notices file carries its notice.

11. Licence checks

The program checks its licence with our licence service about every 30 minutes and holds a licence for up to 6 hours. Offline, it keeps working until that licence ends.

12. Telemetry and privacy

There are three tiers of telemetry: the licence check, daily usage counts, and crash reports from our own code. The licence check stays on: the product needs it. From version 0.4.3, usage counts and crash reports are on by default and you can switch them off with npx -y llmgraph-mcp telemetry off, and back on with npx -y llmgraph-mcp telemetry on. A report already being sent when you switch off may still arrive. You are told about it when you approve your first device, and you can switch usage counts and crash reports off at any time. The Privacy Policy says what is sent, why, and how long it is kept. You can see what is queued or sent with npx -y llmgraph-mcp telemetry show. If you do not accept the licence check, do not approve the device.

13. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account.
  • The licence ends when your trial or subscription ends. A cancelled subscription keeps access to the end of the paid period. When the licence ends, the program stops answering after its current licence runs out.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a payment fails or is reversed, if the law requires it, or if we end the beta or the Service. Where we can, we will give you notice by email first. If you think we acted in error, write to support@llmgraph.in and we will review it.
  • If we end the Service for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period, pro rata, through Dodo Payments.
  • Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law continue after termination.

14. Disclaimers

The Service and the program are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. The program is a beta. Answers say what it can see and what it cannot see, and they do not replace your own review of your code. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Nothing here limits your rights under local consumer law.

16. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims and losses that come from your breach of section 8, to the extent the law allows. This section does not apply to you if you are a consumer under the law that applies to you and that law does not allow it.

17. Changes

  • To these terms. We may update them. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the program before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may stop using the Service and cancel before it takes effect. If the change is to your disadvantage and you cancel for that reason, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period, pro rata. Using the Service after that date means you accept the change.
  • To the Service. The beta may change or stop. If we end the Service we will tell you in advance where we can, and section 13 applies.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting a formal claim, please write to support@llmgraph.in so we can try to settle it. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes protection or court rights that the law of your country gives you and does not allow to be waived.

19. Contact and grievances

  • Support, billing and refunds: support@llmgraph.in and billing@llmgraph.in.
  • Privacy and data requests, and grievances: Shambhavi, Data Protection Officer and Grievance Officer, dpo@llmgraph.in. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. See the Privacy Policy and the Legal page.
  • Security reports: security@llmgraph.in.
  • Post: Brainfoods Studio, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033, India.

20. General

These terms, together with the documents listed in section 1, are the whole agreement about the Service. If a part is held invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a part is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them to a successor of the business. We may give notices by email to the address on your account. If we have to rely on events outside our control, we are not liable for the delay.
