Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and refunds follow Dodo's buyer terms (dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms).
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase. Dodo decides it under its terms. To ask, write to support@llmgraph.in.
To stop the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the period ends. You keep access until the period ends. Unused time is not refunded.
Yearly plans follow the same rules. Apart from the two cases below, there are no other refunds and no pro-rata refunds.
We refund the unused part of a prepaid period, pro rata, through Dodo in two cases: if we end the Service for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, or if you cancel because a material change to the Terms is to your disadvantage.
A refunded subscription ends at once.
A refund goes back to the original payment method through Dodo. The timing is Dodo's: it arrives as Dodo processes it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your LLMGRAPH account page.
- Choose "Manage billing". This opens Dodo's customer portal, where you can see invoices, change your card and cancel.
- In the portal, choose to cancel at the next billing date. This is the only cancel option the portal offers.
Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
If you delete your account instead, any subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period, and then your account data is removed. Dodo keeps its own payment records.
Trial
The trial lasts 7 days, is available once per account, and starts when your first device is approved. It needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself. You subscribe yourself.
Renewal and failed payments
A subscription renews each period until you cancel. If a renewal fails, Dodo retries the payment. If it is not paid, your access ends at the end of the period already paid for.
Seller of record
Dodo Payments is the seller of record for LLMGRAPH subscriptions. It takes your payment, and the charge on your statement may show Dodo's name. Payment disputes and refund processing run through Dodo. Prices include tax.
